GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION
Before booking, phone to check availability. We will take a provisional booking
over the telephone and will hold it for seven days to allow for the booking form to arrive. Bookings are
normally taken on a Saturday to Saturday basis only, although exceptions to this rule can be made.
Upon receipt of the completed booking form and your deposit, we will forward to you a confirmation letter
advising when your final balance payment should be made. When we receive the final balance, a route map showing
directions to the villa plus other useful information will be forwarded to you.
For your convenience we have provided a booking form that you can download and print in either Word or PDF format.

A deposit of £200 is also required. This is to cover any damage or loss which may occur. A separate
cheque should be sent to us with your final balance. This cheque will be returned to you as soon as possible
after it has been ascertained that the villa has been left in a satisfactory condition and the keys have been
returned to the management company.
With the exception of pool heating, electricity is included in the rental.

CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION: We recommend that you take out holiday insurance as soon as possible in
case you have to cancel. The deposit is only refundable if we are able to re-rent and the balance must be
paid in full if you cancel less than 12 weeks prior to your holiday date.
CHECK OUT TIME: 11am on the day of departure.
CHECK IN TIME: 4pm or after on the day of arrival. Visitors may arrange to arrive earlier or leave later if
the villa is empty.
SWIMMING POOL: This is used entirely at guests own risk. No diving is allowed and children must be supervised
at all times.
LIABILITY: Although every effort is made to ensure that the villa is in perfect order for your holiday, we
cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accident damage, or loss to you, your property or for any
medical expenses, however incurred.
KEYS: After final payment you will receive directions to the management company's office where you will be
given keys and directions to the villa.
EXTRA INFORMATION
WELCOME PACK: General provisions for your first evening can be provided at a set
price. Full details are available on request. The charge is set by the management company.
POOL HEATING: Pool heating is charged at £100 per week. As a suggestion, this should be considered
during the winter months for those who enjoy a swim in the evenings after a long day at the parks.
ATTRACTION TICKETS: Attraction tickets are available through the management company. Please contact them
upon arrival if you require this service.
